About Us

The Gates PTO is comprised of each and every family and staff member at Gates School. The PTO Board is a governing body that works to deliver on the mission and goals and oversee the activities throughout the year. The PTO relies on individual volunteers to run social and fundraising events, cultural and enrichment programs, and a variety of supportive committees as well as volunteer at and support the individual activities.

The PTO holds open monthly meetings for all parents and faculty to meet, share ideas, give updates on current programs and report on the budget status. There are regular communications sent via the Connactivity email system, including ‘This Week at Gates’ and the monthly Gazette school newsletter. The PTO News bulletin board in the Gates lobby also posts monthly activities and events.
